Because we specialise in custom-fit components, performance upgrades, and bespoke engineering adjustments, special conditions apply to custom orders:
- Specification Approval: You are strictly responsible for confirming the accuracy of vehicle dimensions, custom configurations, engine types, and any digital design files submitted to us via our CGM CUSTOM Quote Tool.
- Cancellation Exclusions: In strict accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, goods manufactured to unique consumer specifications or explicitly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day statutory cancellation right. Once manufacturing begins on a bespoke part, orders cannot be modified or refunded unless a manufacturing defect exists
Pricing and Payments
- Pricing Currency: All costs listed on the storefront are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).
- Quotes: Tailored price estimations provided via our manual quote request process remain valid for exactly 30 calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Payment Clearance: Complete settlement of funds is required before parts are scheduled for dispatch or manufacturing.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Imports
- Lead Times: Shipping windows displayed during checkout serve as estimates only. Specialized performance tuning items or bespoke orders require separate production schedules.
- Risk and Title: Legal ownership of physical products passes onto you only upon receiving full payment. Risk of structural damage or item loss shifts to you immediately upon physical delivery at your designated shipping destination.
5. Return Policy & Standard Consumer Rights
- Standard Inventory: Non-customized, off-the-shelf automotive parts qualify for a 14-day return window from the afternoon of physical package delivery. Products must remain in uninstalled, resellable condition inside their original protective packaging.
- Return Carriage Costs: Return transit fees fall entirely on the customer, except in verified cases where our facility dispatched incorrect or defective items.
6. Installation & Performance Liability Disclaimer
- Professional Installation: Performance parts and mechanical upgrades require technical expertise. We highly recommend all purchases are fitted by a certified mechanic or specialized technician.
- Exclusion of Secondary Costs: CGM CUSTOM LTD holds zero financial liability for mechanical damage, vehicle failure, third-party workshop garage labor fees, or tow-truck expenses resulting from incorrect product installation or system modifications.
7. Governance & JurisdictionThese operating terms are governed by and structured in accordance with English Law. Any legal actions, contractual disputes, or systemic arguments arising out of platform transactions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
